A :

It is simple to book from Xperience It Website. Choose the package you want to book from the corresponding category.

Customize the package According to your need. Choose date and convenient time slot. 

Pay the due amount.

Boom!!! You are done

Q : How do I login?

A :

Logging in to your account is simple .

You can either login to the website using your social media accounts (namely fb and Google) 

Or 

You can login using your phone number and OTP.


We do not have any heavy(use some other word) forms for you to fill to sign up


Simply sign in using any of the 3 methods and on first Login you are automatically signed up.


Future sign in's are treated as..... (Already signed up)

Q : I have booked but haven't received an email or sms. What should I do?

Q : Payment has been deducted from my bank account but the booking confirmation has not been received. What should I do ?

A :

Please wait for 15 minutes and if you still do not get the confirmation......

Q : I have booked an Xperience from the website for an upcoming date. What's next? Do I need to do anything further?

A :

Kudos! You now need to prepare yourself and wear the best apparels for the day. 

Also please do reach the venue on time in case of outdoor surprises.
